One-on-one buying sessions are scheduled in advance and subject to availability.
Unused boxes and buying sessions do not roll over to the following month.
Third-party pickup services may be arranged upon request; additional handling fees may apply.
Fair Use Policy: Unlimited services under the Gold Plan are subject to fair use and reasonable operational capacity.
In cases of unusually high volume or time-sensitive requests that exceed normal processing capacity, orders may be scheduled, processed in phases, or discussed under a custom arrangement to ensure consistent service quality for all clients.
Service Transparency: We act as a personal shopping, coordination, and logistics support service.
We do not own, manufacture, or sell the goods purchased. All purchasing decisions and item selections are made by the client.
